All employers should post the following posters:
- Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act
- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law
- Employee Rights and Responsibilities Under the Family Medical Leave Act (50+ employees)
- Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act
- Your Rights Under USERRA
Federal contractors and subcontractors should post the following:
- Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision
- Notice to All Employees Working on Federal or Federally Financed Construction Projects
- Employee Rights on Government Contracts
- Notification of Employee Rights Under Federal Labor Laws
Employers of migrant or seasonal agricultural employees should post the following:
- Employee Rights under the H-2A Program
- Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Workers Protection Act
Employers of those with disabilities who are paid a special minimum wage should post the following:
- Employee Rights for Workers with Disabilities Paid at Special Minimum Wages
