Things You May Notice
- For increased security, pay stubs and reports will no longer be emailed directly. Instead an email will alert the user that new information is available and direct them to a self-serve portal for pay stubs and a client login for the reporting.
- Your billing will be calculated on a “Per Active Employee Fee” versus “Per Check Fee”. To ensure we aren’t charging you for employees you no longer have, Complete Payroll will be “terminating” employees that have not been paid in 6+ months.
- While the information within your reports will be the same, you’ll notice an update to their appearance.
- Prenotes do not change status until ten (10) days after the next processed payroll.
