Recently, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released a comprehensive document providing guidance for businesses to handle the COVID-19 crisis, and prepare for future pandemics.
OSHA warns that the guide is "not a standard or regulation, and it creates no new legal obligations," but rather "are advisory in nature, informational in content, and are intended to assist employers in providing a safe and healthful workplace."
